This production line is for daily chemical products.

This production line suits high viscous products in fast speed,which consists of bottle unscrambler, linear filling machine and capping machine for products such as: shampoo, body lotion, cream, liquid detergent and so on.

1.Main components

This machine is mainly composed of control system, conveying device, photoelectric detection, feeding device, storage tank, liquid level control device, filling device, bottle-clamping device and bottle stopper etc.

2. Electric components

The electrical control part is composed of PLC and frequency converter, which features high integration, strong control ability and reliable operation. The touch screen makes the operation of the machine more reliable and convenient, and the human-machine interface is more friendly. Photoelectric sensors use advanced sensing components to make the machine's electromechanical integration a perfect performance.
